Description
DEMO LISTING — NOT A VERIFIED AVAILABLE PROPERTY. This second example shows how to represent one property address with several independently rentable rooms.
Area: Tlhabane, Rustenburg, North West. Property type: Back rooms. Rental period: Monthly. Example rate: R1,500 per room per month, not for the entire property.
Example inventory: Three separate rooms at one property: Room 1, Room 2 and Room 3. Each room should have its own listing if room condition, price, features, availability or tenancy dates can differ. If all rooms are truly identical and the booking system supports per-unit inventory and availability, a grouped parent property page can link to each room listing.
Address: Tlhabane, Rustenburg (demo location only; no exact street address verified). Vendors should supply the verified address to Vigix and set public map precision appropriately.
Details the vendor must complete: deposit, lease length, earliest move-in date, room size, private/shared bathroom, kitchen access, electricity and water arrangements, furnished status, parking, security, occupancy limit, house rules and any extra fees.
Illustrative stock photos only. Replace with genuine photographs of this property before publishing.
